I absolutely love Christmas time and spending it with family and friends. This year we celebrated Christmas with my family and we had a lot of fun!! We were a little worried Santa wouldn't find us, but no worries, he did. We had a wonderful Christmas, Brookelyn and Trey got a lot of fun things.... Santa sure did spoil them this year. I guess they were extra nice!! This was Trey's first Christmas and it was a lot of fun to see his excitement, more for the wrapping paper and bows then for his presents. Brookelyn was a little upset that Santa didn't bring her the Pink Escalade she wanted, but I don't think Santa had room in his sleigh for the trip there or the trip home. She got over it real quick when she saw all of her other presents. 
On Christmas Eve we had a Christmas party with all of our relatives on my dad's side. We always eat and have a Christmas story and exchange gifts by playing the white elephant game. Every year without fail Nate always walks away with something provocative that I turn bright red over and everyone gets a really good laugh.... HA HA HA!! This year I walked away with a nice little outfit for Nate and had a really good laugh myself!! Merry Christmas Babe!! Later that night back at my parents house we had a little family party and the kids made Christmas ornaments with their pictures on them. They turned out really cute!! We always have fun together and it definitely is never boring at the Lee household.
Right before bed and before Santa arrived Brooke and Trey got to unwrap one present which is always their Christmas pajamas. They looked so cute in their little pj's and I had a lot of fun picking them out.... Trey's were absolutely adorable!
We had a wonderful Christmas and loved spending it with our family and friends. We are already counting down the days till next Christmas!!
New Year's Eve was pretty low key but a lot of fun!! Nate and I went to dinner with some friends and family while my parents babysat our children. After dinner we hung out with the kids and then put them to bed. Brookelyn wanted to stay up late, but after her bedtime story she went to bed, Trey was very tired so went to bed early. Around 11:30 we went to the Frei's house and played the Wii and rang the new year in over at their place. We had a good time and had some good laughs mostly on my behalf! Thanks Staci and Chad for a great time!!I cannot believe that it is 2009 already!! I have some New Year's resolutions that I have made and hope to achieve before 2010!! Wish me luck and Happy New Year to all of you!!
