MoThEr'S dOiNG eVERyTHIng.....

In Relief Society on Sunday, the lesson was given by the Presidency and I my heart was truly full!! They focused on the Relief Society Declaration and our leader had different sisters stand up and bear their Testimony on different excerpts from the Declaration. 

One sister touched on finding nobility in Motherhood and joy in Womanhood. She recited this quote:

Mothers Doing Everything!!

But not getting anything done?

Sounds like Satan's at it again....

Who says that LOVE

CARING 

CHERISHING

while WASHING

COOKING

CHANGING

even TEACHING

isn't getting anything done?

When RIGHTEOUS SOLDIERS go out to Battle

there is PREPARATION

it includes READINESS

PRACTICE 

even ROUTINES

so if we want our Children to STAND UP

against Satan & his so called army

How can we dare whisper

"WE ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING DONE"

because we are doing EVERYTHING

that Jesus would have us do to Mother 

God's spirit Children here on Earth....

LOVE them

TEACH them

PREPARE them

EVERYDAY...

As a mother, it is sometimes hard to do the daily mundane activities of household chores and raising children. Sometimes you wonder is there more I could be doing or should be doing? Mothers when you are busy doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, wiping dirty faces, changing dirty diapers, reading bedtime stories and you have throw up in your hair and haven't showered all day and your children look at you and smile and tell you they love you and that you are the Best Mom ever.... remember... this is us doing EVERYTHING and getting EVERYTHING DONE!!! 

I love being a mother and I truly believe there is no GREATER calling in the world.

 Nothing... I say nothing in the world will satisfy a woman's soul more than being a mother. 

I consider being a mother one of my greatest ACCOMPLISHMENTS!! 

I am thankful for this lesson that was given because I needed that little reminder to reassure me that I am indeed DOING EVERYTHING that my Father in Heaven wants me to do as a mother. 

Things may get tough, but always remember... we are preparing Righteous Soldiers to 

go to Battle!!
