Brookelyn has been involved in a reading program this summer through the Barbara Bush Library here in Texas. The program consisted of reading at least ten books or a certain amount of pages by the end of the summer. Brookie read ten books and one day lined them up for me on the bed. So I thought that it would be nice to take a picture of her and her great accomplishment!! For reading ten books she was rewarded with a free book, a certificate, her picture was taken and she got to hang her name in the shape of Texas in the library.
