Nate and his dad along with his brother Dustyn and brother -in-laws, Moses and Nick took a fantastic trip to Beautiful ALASKA!! The women stayed home and we enjoyed ourselves!
They left on the fifth of July and returned home a week later. They had a blast and they are already looking forward to next year's trip. Some of the things they did in Alaska were fish, FISH, and FISH some more. They caught lots of halibut and Salmon. Nate caught a 40 lb. halibut and a 40 lb. king salmon. Whew!! I would hate to have to reel that in!! They met a wonderful woman Sister Mary Ellen Cook in the ward and she had them all over for dinner. Thanks for taking care of our men!! Nate tried to get a moose to chase him, but apparently the moose was too lazy. They literally fished all day. The sun never really went down except for maybe around 1:00 a.m. they had to adjust to the time change and the sun's constant ray's. Nate had a lot of fun and saw some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable.
