oH ChRiStmAs TrEe, oH ChRisTmAs tRee!!!

I love this time of year! Christmas is my favorite holiday..... I love everything about this holiday!! This year has been really fun, because we have been able to get all of our furniture and decorations out of storage and decorate our home. There is just something magical about having your home decorated and having a Christmas tree up. My absolute favorite is having all the lights off in the house with only the Christmas tree lights on with a comfy, warm blanket wrapped around me on the couch and Alabama Christmas playing in the background.

This year we found a beautiful Christmas tree and we had a lot of fun putting it up and decorating it. This was Brookelyn and Trey's first Christmas tree at our own home. Every year we help decorate and set up Grandma and Grandpa's tree and are there for Christmas so with traveling and always on the go we never really needed one. So this year we thought it was about time to buy a tree and call it our own. We have loved every minute of the decision we made. Right after we put it up and turned on the lights Brookelyn came up to me and hugged me and said "thank you mom for the tree". I about started to cry.... it meant a lot to her and even more to me.
